Doth my eyes deceive me?

Is that a blue star with a 10 in it, right next to my name? *rubs eyes* It's still there, it is a blue star.
Finally, I'm there, I had almost given up hope. I had been stuck on that 9 for so long now. Not that I'm complaining, I mean I did like the red star too, it even matched my dancing man.
Yippee, I'm finally here. I remember I joined in January, after a 100 posts I quickly reached the 9 star, and then waited and waited, February passes, then March, then April, and finally I got it today. This has to be great.
Of course, I do know people have fallen down again, and I could also be a falling star, so people no minuses any more, please, ha ha.
Thanks everyone for bringing me here.
P.S: If my star is not a 10 when you see it, know that I have fallen and eaten my words.

Oh silly. I didn't even bother checking your star. You wanna know why? Because I love you the way you are, whether you are a 9 or 10 or even a 1 or nothing. :P

Congratulations, vega! You truly deserve your star. As in your case, I had also easily gotten my 9-star, then got stuck there for like 2 months! I was also very happy the first time I got my blue star. I know you will stay with your blue-star. You give quality discussions and responses, so no minuses! Hehe. Happy myLotting!

congratulations vega!! it really feels great to see that blue star (the only blue star that doesn't make you blue, LOL). keep up the good work going, make new friends and have fun in here. you have to be consistently good, which i am sure you are, to retain that star rating. however, sometimes we lose ratings inspite of giving in good stuFf, courtesy: a few negative ratings. i once had that 10 rating with a score of 98 and the next day i found myself at 9 with a stark fall in my score (89). it's gross.
vega, this is not to scare you but i am a wellwisher, would never want you drop.

sure, don't worry, you didn't scare me, at all. I know I'll eventually go back to a 9, it's inevitable, could be for many reasons, a few minuses, a few days away from my lot, who knows, but I wouldn't mind going back to a 9 again, at least I'm on top of the game sometime, that's what's important.

Good for you! I am trying to get mine back up to a 10. It was a 10 for the first month I was a member then it dropped. I hope I get mine back up there too.

as of writing, your star rating is still 10. -lol-
it is indeed the blue star, congratulations! it's nice to achieve something we longed for to have. even if i achieved it already, being a 10 keeps you on toes coz anytime, we could go down. ;)

hey congratulations on your amazing 10. Wow it seems to take a hell of a lot to make a star rise but very little at all to make it fall. I wish you well, its great to see that getting to a 10 is still possible. I have been stuck at nine from the inception of the ratings system think im destined to stay there too

Oh my god, the hat picture! I can't even remember where that picture is! Where did you unearth that little chestnut then?
As for hats, yeah I wear them a lot, but not usually indoors unless there is a VERY good reason!

Hey, my heartfelt congratulations to you. It may just be a simple icon, but it means a lot more to us! I have been stuck on the red nine for some time too. When I first got my star, it as a seven, but I quickly rose to eight. It took a bit longer to get me to the nine that I have now, and I eagerly look forward to the day when I too will find the 'Blue Star' next to my avatar! Now that you have reached the top, all you need to do is to stay there! All the very best!

Thats good that you got a 10, while i do have a nine but just glad that I m just a notch lesser than yours. I will not let myself be bothered by dereasing ratings, it happens here on mylot and I should expect the worst.

Congratulations. I started on an 8 star but quickly progressed to a 10 during my first month. I hope it stays now but surely the more discussions we respond to the more difficult it is to maintain. Not everybody grades responses. Your comments are always worth reading anyway. Keep up the good work.

Congrats on your blue star...it is still there this morning!
I know that I started with a nine and went to a 10 2 days later...I was so excited that I posted, like you!
The next day, I was down to an 8, so apparently some people were jealous and tried to make may rating lower. ALthough they were victorious, I don't pay that much attention to the numbers anyway.
So congrats and I will plus all of your comments here too, just to keep that star going!
