wildhorse new studies says that chocolate is good for you :) yes i like it especially dark chocolate, no favorite brand really, it's just nice to have any good one whenever you can :)

wildhorse I eat fruits after food, I don't need to lose weight so I just eat it as desert not as a way to feel full, also i read you can drink two glasses of water before you eat to feel full if you need to lose weight.
