Have You Known Anyone Who Was Pure Evil?

In life we all come into contact with all kinds of people-some good, some not so good. There are some people though who are pure evil. You can feel it radiating off of them. I truly believe that the majority of us have some kind of moral compass to guide us as we go through life. There are some who I believe missed out on receiving this moral compass in their genetic makeup. I'm talking about the kind of person that, upon hearing that they have done horrible things, you say to yourself, "I always knew they were capable of doing something like this." Thankfully, I have only come across a few people like that in my lifetime. One was a young man who had been taken in by his grandparents due to trouble at home. He eventually murdered the people who had taken him in(and other family members). He is now doing life in prison. I'm sure he would have gotten the death penalty had it been reinstated at the time.

Hi worldwise1! Yes, I do agree that in life we get to meet all kinds of people. However, I never met or got to sense in anyone that I have came across with that have really pure evil radiating off of them. But there are a few who are just so bad who hurt people by the nasty words that comes out of their mouths. I just hope that I wouldn't come across these evil people personally, however there are some news that I have read that speak of murders or massacres which I think are people being really possessed by evil. My feelings are that if we believe in good, faith, then we must believe in evil also, because everything has an opposite. I do believe that people can be possessed by evil.

I don't believe people are born evil but do believe that circumstances in their life for whatever reason can make some people pure evil , weather it was because they had a bad home life or are just spoiled and have to have everything the way they want it , disregarding rules and having little empathy for others .
I have an uncle who I believe is pure evil , thankfully he is the only person I have ever met like this and hopefully I will never encounter anyone like him again in my lifetime .
He escaped from a jail for the criminal insane and is capable of anything . The last I heard he was still running free . I pray they catch him as I believe him to be capable of anything and should not have the freedom to live among the rest of us !!

It's sad situation when things like that happen.Something should have been done before but like always things seems to go to extreems before something else has to happen.

i know one in calcutta the city where i am now, in india. this guy has been all over the world and quite knowledabl but has such a thing against GOD that its creepy. his worst comment i remember was that the pages of Holy Books should be used as toilet paper. no doubt GOD has mentioned that HE knows and we know not what is in the hearts of HIS being also HE knows why HE has created hell.
we sometimes feel sympathetic towards the worst souls but if they had their free way they would do what not to make evry one and evry thing miserable . and you are absolutely right , one can feel it radiating in and around them.
GOD BlesS us always and keep us on the right path, we and all our loved ones and all who we know.

You are absolutely right, apple. There are those among us who are so evil that they would do anything to wipe out all the good in this world. There are some people who can read a person's aura. I have heard it said that the aura of a truly evil person is black as the night. I will not remain in the presence of someone that I feel is truly evil.

that is true that people like that tend to sometimes give off vibes. You know something's wrong you just don't know what it is, until it's too late. I don't believe I've personally met anybody like that but I've read about psycho people with no conscience for others and no compassion. I think part of it might be genetic makeup or it could be how they were raised as a young child. some psychopaths are abused, or they are not shown any love or affection and that can bring on cold behavior.

All that you say could be true, ranitam, but I still subscribe to the theory that many evil people were just born that way. No amount of help will save them.

It's hard to say but i guess i never known someone who is pure evil, yes i met and dealt with many evil people but at some points they are still humans, some "for some kind of trauma " may not like people but can still love animals, etc.
But there was some evil person that I never known up close "and never wanted to" that they have this thing as you described it "evil radiates from them" but I can't confirm they are pure evil, they may have good sides after all.
