I am so excited. This week marks 15 years that I have been with my husband, and June is 10 years of marriage. Just curious about how long other people have been together, and what do you do to keep the romance alive in a busy family.

Congratulations. My husband and I have been together for 12 years and married for 7 years. Its hard to keep the romance alive in our relationship. Our 22 month old daughter still sleeps in our bed and he works weird hours but we do our best to stay in touch with one another and he still turns me on by just looking at him.

My husband and I have been together for a little over 4 years now. We don't have any children yet as we are still quite young and just now exploring all that life has to offer. But as far as keeping the romance alive with our busy schedules, I think just taking time to stop everything and sit down and just relax and talk for a while is important to do every day. No matter how busy you are, you can afford to give your love some of your time, 30 minutes won't get you behind. And of course, just doing small sweet things to show that you care, going out of your way to get them something small you know they like, or leaving them a love note on the fridge, bringing them lunch at work or while they are working on something at home, things like that. Most important thing though is just telling them you love them.

Well I have been married for 3 1/2 years. We have definately had some hardships, but at the same time we have had some really great times as well. We are extremely busy, me with the 5 kids going here and there my husband at work but we always remember to make time for each other. It may only be 30 minutes late at night but we take the time to talk and really listen to each other. I also remind myself why I fell in love with him to begin with to keep the romance going so we dont ever get lost in our day to day lives.
