You can take the dinner leftover for breakfast and the lunch leftover for dinner. But beyond that you are increasing your chances of getting sick. After all your stomach is not a dustbin. If you eat fresh, you can save a lot more than what you saved by eating the leftovers + the cost of medicines at teh cost of your health.

What my mother and me always do is recook the leftovers for the next morning breakfast. Normally the dinner which we have can be used again as an additional flavor for fried rice or to be eaten together with the other breakfast such as fried banana in flour and coconut pancake. This way can safe us some cost and did not waste any food just like that.

Depending on what it is I will eat it again the next day or something. Now if it's something different that I have ate a leftovers before and didn't like then I will trash it.
