i always feel that way. no matter how hard i express your feelings and thought, i still feel that i am alone and no one understands me. i always feel these way but i just set aside that feeling and enjoy things in life.

I have felt this way more often than not. I'm prone to isolation, which leads to loneliness, which leads to depression, and isolation...repeat cycle.
The most frustrating experience I have is when I feel like I'm speaking an entirely different language to those around me. I'll say something, or even write an email, and get a response that has absolutely nothing to do with what I said or asked.

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations

I have very few people that understand me, but they have moved states away and I can't just sit down and talk to them face to face anymore. It kinda makes me sad, but I atleast I know I have a few people I can talk to.

Sure I have, but that's because I'm weird. No, really, I am. I've found that searching out other weird people who are weird like me has helped; I'm happier now than I ever have been...if I didn't have all these health probs. to deal with I'd feel great!
