Prince Harry Going To Iraq

What is your take on prince harry going to iraq do you feel he should be on the front line or should he get special treatment because he is part of the royal family or do you think he should be treated equal.
To be honest i think it is brilliant what he is doing 3rd in line for the king and he is still willing to fight for his country not everyone would do the same.
One thing though the royal family get alot of stick these days and it is not fair. What is your opinion on it all.

I think he knew the powers that be wouldn't let him fight on the front line - it makes sense right if he is 3rd in line to the throne - which begs the question, what the hell is bothering to be in the army for in the first place - to try and convince the rest of us he is just like us?

The British mornach has a long history of sending royal members to war zone areas to be with her subjects. I am just glad that Prince Harry was not allowed to go, It is too risky for the young prince. His training in the military should be made use of in administrative work in England rather in the battlefield.

I feel that it's great that he wants to go to fight for his country and for the united states as well but i also feel that there are draw backs on this dission. I feel that once he get's over there that iraq will be going ofter Prince Harry more then anyone else. I feel that Prince Harry is setting himself up as a target and this is not good. What if he does (and the key word is IF) get shot and killed. What will the royal family do and feel. Yes they will feel devistated but will they also feel anger for this? I know if it was my child i would be angry if he was set up to be a target. I personaly don't agree with him going over there to war. I don't think that he will last his whole tour there. I think that he will end up shot and then there will be (sorry for the language) Hell to pay if something happens to him.

i would say that he should use his head and i believe that he still has to grow up and learn about a lot of things . if he wants to make a difference then he has to follow his mom's footsteps and not his father.going on the line is stretching it too far ,not because he is of royalty but because of wisdom.the spoiled kid has to be spanked once in a while. he has to understand that he cannot always get what he wants. it is for his own good . he does not know that he is a very lucky person and should not put to waste by going into war in irag there are better ways to make the world a little brighter.
