That seems to be a common thread with this one. I am starting to think I'd like to know it was the last week and not just the last day so I could have more time to accomplish more. But, in truth we won't ever know for sure when our time is up unless we get word of a giant asteroid heading our way.

If it was my last day on earth, I would spend it going round telling people exactly what I thought of them and then spend the rest of the time with my friends and family having a big party!

Again, it might have to be my lst week for me to tell everyone what I thought of them. But, I do like the party idea.

Well there would be to needs what I have to do for my life and what I need to do because of what I'm doing the week it happens. If i could do anything I wanted maybe see certain sites or landscapes of the earth. There are so many amazing places I have not seen, or only in picture.

I like this idea. There are so many places that I have read about, like the pyramids at Giza. Everyone always tells me you've seen those a hundred times. Yes I have in books, I have a feeling that in person they are quite something else again. Then there is Venice, the Louvre, the Vatican, the cliff dwellings, the Aurora Boralis. I think I may have to hope it would be my last week, not my last day.

Well, if I don't have to pay my bills then I can blow all of my money doing fun and exciting things like riding roller coasters and skydiving (into the parking lot of the theme park, to save time) and driving go karts. All of the wild things that my cautious, normal life doesn't let me do.
Assuming, of course, that the world is going to blow up and it's everyone's last day. If it's just me going, I'd have to spend most of it getting my affairs in order that my kids and my husband will be taken care of after I'm gone. Maybe I should do that sooner than later, so that on my last day I can jump out of a plane into the Six Flags parking lot.

Hmm, I didn't specify if it was just you or everyone. I think will go with the everyone theory for now and see where it goes.

well if no one will stop me, i might just head off to the nearest shopping center and take everything that i want, meet with all the celebrities, say my goodbyes to all my good friends and not so good friends, ride my dream car, be with marian for my last breath.

Do everything I was always too scared to do. See how fast I could take a curb on this old back road, I was always wanted to know. Go skydiving... Bungee Jump. Do something crazy. Then, after I'd done everything I wanted, if I survived... I spend the rest of the time with the ones I loved.

Good points. If your gonna be gone, does it matter if you do it a couple of hours early?

I'd probably go swimming. At least for once I wouldn't have to worry about the sunburn.
I'd probably also eat all the ice cream I could find. I guess it's frivolous, but if it's the last day on earth you might as well enjoy it.
