How well can you control your anger?Do you tend to burst out in public or you wait for the right time and situation.Have you ever helped a person control his/her anger and calmed them?

Many of us consider anger as an undesirable expression. But I believe that anger is very useful for propelling one's actions to a positive level. And I also believe that behind every revolutionary positive action, there has been a hint of anger.
It is only when we cannot control our anger and let it overtake us, then anger becomes destructive. And it is very important to control anger. We must take care that we do not take any decisions while we are in anger, but only after subsiding of the anger when we can think of all the possible alternatives.
To control anger I divert my mind to some thing other than the cause of anger, like listening to my favourite music. I take care that I do not take any hasty decision while I am angry.

I confess at times I burst out even in public particularly when I see anyone saying a open lie. I hate lies. I get irritated when one openly lies on any concern. Otherwise I try to control anger and make out solutions to any problem that may have raised due to angry conversion or so.
