All the members in our family have the habit of reading books .I usually get time when I am going to sleep.I have heard that you could spoil your eyesight if you read while you are lying down .Is it true?

geeta151 Yes you are right I had never thought about this.Maybe they read books only in day light and could not afford to read while going to sleep.We have an added adavantage over them.
