geeta151 Maggie noodles are tasty and quick to cook.They are not nutritious but can be made alittle by adding some veggies.Hakka noodles can be made out of whole wheat and then they won't be less nutritious.

geeta151 First of all find out the real reason behind this situation may be there is something more to it.If you slog for the whole day at office and come back and have light dinner; I don't find any reason to not get sound sleep.

geeta151 Here in India we drink hot tea boiled with ginger and other spices.It keeps you warm.The spices add to the flavour and make it even more tastier.Some people like to have coffee with nutmeg powder.
