Are you a task master at work?

Hi,geeta. I have to say some times I trouble them,but not all of them, those who I dislike. I know it's right of doing so, but I can't help. I must let them know who is tough one in the team, they'll more obedient in the future.

I'm very lucky. My juniors are very knowledgeable and only require little guidance once in a while. The only time I micromanage, is when something isn't going right or there is a critical deadline. Normally, the juniors don't require that kind of oversight. I do a lot of push-back with upper management if something doesn't sound right.

no i wont trouble my juniors
