Winning an Oscar award is very prestigious.It takes alot of hard work in the film industry to be recognised. We see a glamour on the screen but there is alot of painstaking hardwork behind.What we see on the screen is rosy picture;but in reality behind the screen its very different.

Katharine Hepburn holds the record for winning the most Oscar awards for acting (at 4). She won Best Actress Awards for: Morning Glory (1932/33), Guess Who's Coming To Dinner (1967), The Lion in Winter (1968), and On Golden Pond (1981). Sharing second place, with 3 acting Oscars each, are Ingrid Bergman, Walter Brennan, and Jack Nicholson.
