pasta is an excellent source of nutrients, little fat and no cholesterol! it increases energy in the body. Durum wheat contains high level of protein. Pasta contains iron, riboflavin, and niacin. It also has folic acid, a must for pregnant mothers since it prevents birth defects. It also contains fiber,helps your body to digest and store less of calories as fats.
