To all american idol followers and watchers..........

I did like it. It was unique and different. I really liked that he left the chorus alone because that is the heart of the song. I am an 80's child so I know and love the original, but I thought Blake did a teriffic job. He is so enjoyable to watch. It's not better than the original but I think it would be a huge hit on the radio today.

I liked the beatboxing but I'm not sure if the singing was all that great. It was good, but it didn't really blow me away.

I like Blake very much, and for what he did, I think he did a very good job. It wasn't really my cup of tea, and as much as I like him (and dislike Chris and Phil), Blake's performance was probably my least favorite in terms of my overall preferences. But I do like him very much and I respect his talent and his risk taking.

Personally, I Loved it. This rendition was awesome, and I would Love to see it included in a CD of his when he makes one. I agree 100% with the judges, that this is most original piece ever done, and an excellent job. If he can continue to do this for the next 3 weeks, we could easily see him as the next American Idol. I know I am looking forward to see what he can do from now on.

I'm still not sure.. I mean, I do love that song, heck, I admit I like Bon Jovi. But beatboxing to any Bon Jovi song just seems a bit on the strange side to me. Huge kudos to Blake for taking a risk though.

I thought it was great and it shows that Blake is a true entertainer and can entertain in more ways then just singing alone. Plus the fact that he took a chance and did it his own way was great too. I like Blake the best but i don't think he's going to win. I'll keep voting though.

I liked it of course I like almost everything Blake has sung so for I am voting for him and Jordin.

I thought he did an amazing job and I thought his signing of the chorus was right on. He sounded just like Jon Bon Jovi when he sang but I loved how he changed it up and the beginning was awesome - he sounded just like a record on a record player. He really is a master of his craft. I wasn't expecting such a great performance from him since he was boring me the the past two weeks but he was my favorite from Tuesday night and he blew all of the others out of the water.. yes, even Melinda was outshined in my opinion (but then she never impressed me much anyhow). I vote for Blake to be in the final two with Jordin!

I really enjoyed it and so did my 11 year old daughter. She never heard the original and thought the way he did it was awesome. My hubby didn't care for it too much, but I think it really showcased Blakes talent. If I were only mid 20's and single again....LOL

It was awesome. I was worried when he said he was adding his bebop to it, but it was great!!

I loved it personally! I am not a bonjovi fan, and that actually made me like the song! I like that he can entertain, AND sing. He deserves to win, but i'm sure he won't. Well I'll just keep voting for him and hope for the best!

I really liked it, almost better than the original. If it was out on CD I would buy it.
