What the heck? Tonight's episode of CSI ended with Grissom creating a miniature scene. What is up with that? There is no way he is the killer. No way! I refuse to believe it. Is it possible he is the one making the miniature crime scenes just to keep his staff on their toes?
I swear, this is becoming almost as puzzling as Lost.
What do you think of tonight's ending?

I agree I'm confused as well. Did you see the previews for next week? That he's involved with both Sarah and Lady Heather? Things are getting very weird that is for sure. I can't picture him as the killer. Maybe he was trying to figure out how long it took to make one? I don't know but next weeks I can't wait for.
By the way did you recognize Ally Sheedy in that episode? She has not aged very well at all. Neither as Julia Haggarty but she's a bit older the Ally Sheedy.

I think Ally Sheedy was meant to look like that for the part, as was Julie Haggerty. They believed in these aliens which means they probably didn't want to go to sleep at night for fear of being abducted. I'm guessing that is why they had them looking so haggard.

Yeah it hit me afterwards that some if could be that, at least for Sheedy. I did see Julia Haggarty on another show about a year ago and she was supposed to be playing a normal person and I think with money. She looked bad for her age in that too. It was a law and Order episode but I cann't remember if she was the lawyer, a witness or the defendant. Sad I know.

I know I was so shocked but he is probably tring to get into the mind of the killer, and all the cameo's. The guy from Just Shoot Mee,Alley Sheedy, wow, and did you see Brass' tounge while he was drinking that water!!!!!!
The love note was a nice touch though. This episode was so weird, but I didn't pick up any clues on who could be the killer.
Can't wait til next week. Does Grissom really cheat on Sarah????
I am still a little freaked over tonights show, but gosh I loved it!!!!!!!

Well I wondered about that too. As I watching it I just said to myself, Are they really trying to make us believe that Grissom is the Miniature Killer? There is no way."
I think that he was just doing it because he is so intrigued by the models and he wanted to see how hard it was and how long it took to make one. Like others said, I think he was just trying to get in the mind of the killer. That is something Grissom would do.
As for next week, we don't really know that he was with Lady Heather. I mean he could have just been covering for her because of the relationship they have. I mean she really fascinates him.
Of course I would love it if he would drop Sara and go with Lady Heather. I thought he should have gotten together with her when they first met and I never have cared for Sara.
It is getting pretty exciting though.

I'm betting a little creative "preview editing" was employed to make next weeks episode look racier than it really is. Grissom doesn't seem the cheating type, even if Lady Heather does rock. Of course, I don't think he's the murdering type either, even though that is clearly what they wanted us to wonder about at the end of tonight's episode. Maybe the writers have decided to really mess with his character (or, more likely, just mess with our heads!).

LOL, that's it, if they kill off Sara in the finiale (which I really hope they don't), we're blaming wifeofharvy! Jinxer!
(just kidding of course!)

That was a nice little "kicker" at the end. It's getting so that you can't safely turn the channel before the final credits, even if you think the murder of the night is solved!
I think Grissom making the model is yet another red herring. It will probably be explained as an excercise to "get in the killer's mind" or something in a later episode. I mean, Sara was in the other room, I think she would have noticed if he had been making the models all this time (unless she was in on it!) ;-)
Oh, and since when has Grissom had a dog? I thought he only kept roaches as pets!

Interesting, very, very interesting. I think that is part of why I like CSI, after being on for several years it is still holding my interest. Too often in TV series the stuff goes stale, this has not happened in CSI, always something new popping up. And I love the little hints. I also wonder what wonderful thing is going to happen to Greg now, that bite can cause some really nasty complications.

I agree they always keep me on the edge of my seat and Greg just can't seem to have a good day anymore. I love CSI and can't wait til next week.

I have seen that episode and actually finished the whole season 7. Though, setting aside the fact that the miniature killer is actually a girl, It never crossed to my mind that Gil Grisson is the serial killer. If he is, then it is a sign that the show is in the idea of ending.
Unfortunately, he isn't the one. What I sense about him doing and creating his own miniature is like putting himself in the shoes of the real killer. He involves himself on what the real killer thinks.
That is how solving a problem. Sometimes you put yourself into it to better grasp it.

I have a few theories:
1)Grissom is trying to figure out something in the case.
2) grissom is the miniature killer(i doubt)
3) grissom wasn't the miniature killer, but while trying to find the killer, he turned into the killer himself ( I have heard of this happening in real life)
And what is this about grissom possibly cheating on Sarah? There's no way! Especially after that love letter. unless Grissom is like the pig men, then I would be very dissappointed in the show.
