japaan is an island nation in east asia. located in pasific ocean. it lies to the east of china, korea and russia. stretching from the sea of okotsy. japan capital and largest city is tokyo. japan compries over three thousands island. the largest of islands is hokaido, kyusu and shikoku. the japanese first appear in written history in china book of han.

A vibrant and interesting place; rich with culture and odd trends and stuff. A nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to stay there in the long run. It's too full of contradictions...
