theonlooker NUS is definitely the older and better one. But I think engineering and accounting subjects should be the same standard in both if that's what you're after. NUS is better for the more academic subjects.

theonlooker My dream college? One of those specialized arts colleges. As for your situation, it's not impossible. If you go to a college that has exchange programs, you could even do a semester or year of exchange at Tokyo U. That's what some of my friends have done....
