why i must cry for one position??
i am not weak even many people make me down..
iam not strong even many people make me up..
when nobody believe me, i must trust my self..
i had built my self confidence for trusting my self, when many people that i respect did not respect me anymore..
what is your solution when you are down??

Personally I do not see crying as being weak. Depending on the situtation, sometimes to be able to express yourself is actually brave, since many people tend to to get embarrassed if they cried in front of others. Sometimes you also need an avenue to vent, otherwise it could cause worse psychological problems when everything is bottled up inside for too long. And I'd rather someone cry in frustration than it turn into anger or violence.
The only instance I would see crying as weak is if someone did it on purpose to get what they wanted, or just wanted to use it as an easy way out.

ahdyz--
I can understand your feelings.
Many times we feel we deserve what we have not got.
Solution lies in our accepting what is given to us.
However young people cannot accept it, they want promotions.
Young and old need recognition.
Look at people who are placed below us..
may be that will reduce ill feeling to some extent.

I will make myself stronger than ever. I don't need any recognition from others when i know i have put in my best. IF my best is not enough for them, it means their expectations of me is too high. I live for myself and i have my limitations. If i'm living to their expectations of me, life is going to be boring, tired and i would lose myself. Life is not about others, it's about me and myself. I appreciate whatever i do, it's good enough.

why you must think you weak if you cry? no one weak in this world, except they who kill them selve (bunuh diri). cry is beatiful when we down, or when we happy. there is nothing wrong with it. like song from 30 second to mars : i will never forget, i will never regret, i will live my life".

people often look on tears as being weak and especially when it comes from a man. tears can be one of the most therapeutic experiences. if you feel the need to cry then by all means go ahead and cry. dont let your tears be held back out of fear that you will be looked down upon.

like this statement so much. I'm not perfect and I'm not higher than anyone else, but at least I'm me.I don't want to sad just because people judge me and abuse me.I appreciate myself a lot and that's enough...

People are down for many reasons. I am sometimes down because my proposal is rejected. On other occasions, I am down for not being able to meet the required standard. When I am down, I am closer to God, and ask Him for His help. I have read a book about 'shalawat' that teaches me to read it 100 x after a prayer. I do it, and I feel relieved, really. The more you read it, the far better I get. There are no other ways to have myself up again but 'shalawat' leads me to a happier mood.

hi:)
yes you're right, you don't need to cry over a position, maybe there's some reason why that position is not for you, also because something better is for you and you just need to be patient... well about crying, it's okay to cry especially when you need to express your pain or disappointment but it doesn't mean that you are weak. I always think that people who cry especially man are strong enough to face his emotions and to be real on himself.

I am not always successful in finding a solution for when I am down. First, I try to figure out what is making me down. Sometimes if I can identify a cause, it is easier to find a solution. Depending on the reason, would surround myself with people to get my mind off of it, or actually withdraw to reflect and heal from the cause of what triggered the down feelings. Music can be a good help for me as it can shift my mood temporarily. Sometimes sleep can alleviate the mood or at least give me a break from it.

I think what you say is true. If we don't have bad experiences, when one hits can be hard to deal with. But if all someone has is a hard time, the ability to cope can be hindered. So each person has a choice in how to handle the down times. We can learn to cope or be crushed by it.

The strongest person in the world are those who cry, so don't think you are weak. In order to be looked up to, work for it. I tell myself that no one in this world will ever get the chance to make me cry. They are not worth it. Cry for those who you think are worth it. After that, move on, the harder your life is, the stronger you are.

Hello Adhyz... you look so galau :D
Yeah no matter what people do to you everything depends on you. For some people, respect is important. Maybe they just don't deserve your respect. So just take it easy.
When I am down, just lock myself in my room and listen to music all day long, or go somewhere that can cheer me up. Always bear in your mind that nothing can bring you down. Don't worry, it is time when we are down, it is time when we are up. It won't be long :). Trust me.

You sound really sad my friend. But what ever happens, i know that thing will be ok for you. It's good that you have your self-confidence. That's very important in times like this.
As for me, when i'm feeling down, i smoke, just to ease up the tension, i know it's bad, but this is the way i deal with it. While smoking i'm telling myself that everything's going to be alright. And if people hate me, i don't care. I just have to stand on my own. Be brave.

well crying is not a sign of weakness. Crying is a sign of bravery and courage. Some may ask. Why does people that can cry on a big crowd is called brave or courageous. Its because you "can" show other people that your sad. The point of the sentence is; your brave enough to prove that no matter how many people are out there seeing you cry. You still stand out saying im not a coward to show whos the real me.
By the way. Im crying when im down, but not only crying i also cheer up my self. Crying can make your down feeling gone.

Crying is one way of easing the pain inside of us. So, cry if you must , but don't let others see you in the office. You can do it in the comfort room.
If a position you are eyeing was given to another person, despite some efforts to impress the superiors, maybe a talk with them should be done. Not that you would insist that it should be yours, but to ask what area where you defeated by the other person.
That way, you will be able to make better the next time, that there's another vacant position.

I am really weak so I would have a hard time coping into a problem most especially if I badly needed it....and most especially if I am longing and work hard to have it.
I have been through like that before...like people are trying to pull me down. They keep on seeing my mistakes or even would look for my mistakes so that they could say something bad to me.
We really need to stand up with every downfall we have. It's not yet the end of everything...so let's move on and wish for a happy luck next time.
Life is hard to live with but we need to go along with it in order to survive.
Happy Mylotting!

When I get down, sometimes i cry it out when I'm alone in bed (especially night time) until I fell asleep. But mostly after I cry, I listen to cool and unsentimental music like semi-rock or some soundtracks of a movie with action genre :D
Mine are mostly anime soundtracks ^^
