missybear Anything in moderation is good , I never heard of too much milk being bad for you. I have about 3 glasses a day for years and years now and I feel great

missybear I love making Spaghetti sauce and I do use can tomato paste and crushed tomatoes then add garlic, onions and peppers, mushrooms. I do not like using sauce in a jar like Ragu or Hunts sauce

missybear I always been a beer drinker and can put away quite a few but when it comes to hard liqueur I pass, it makes me loopy and mean and wine gives me a mayor head ache
