End of the world?

The southwestern portion of my state was able to see the blood moon. The moon was closest to the earth and we even had a eclipse. It was a beautiful sight to behold and something we won't see again for another 18 years. I guess a lot of tweets and FB comments had to do with the end of the world. Isn't that crazy?

And it only happens about every 20 years.

it was a bit scarey to myself but son told me not to worry. all things are not in play yet. he said the Bible states first the Irael's temple will be rebuilt and that has not happened . so it made me feel better.

Yes glad you too got to see it Celtic.
I loved to see it also.
Oh yes it is supposed to bring with it a doom for the world.
I dont think that is what is happening, not yet anyway.

Actually I'm okay with the normal blood moons too. The next supermoon blood moon is in 2033, but the next normal blood moon visible from the US is Jan 21/22, 2019. A little less than 4 years, I can wait.

@celticeagle I have seen several in the past, but I would have liked seeing last night's moon. The clouds that came in were too thick. I saw the eclipse, but not the red state.

Normal? Maybe for the internet but not for everyone to be feeling.

I think we will be. it's all the paranoid folk that won't be here. They act like bombers anyway.

To be honest, I did not have any idea of the Eclipse or the Blood Moon until I read about it here at MyLot (another discussion).
End of the world... again!!! I fail to understand one thing for sure, if it is going to happen (which will happen someday) would any of us be spared to see or read those tweets or posts.

@celticeagle I think so too. Every year it seems like the world is going to end because of one thing or another.

Yes, BUT, they called each one individually and I wanted to do the same here. Thanks.
