OK so heres one I need help with, my 8 month old son has been fainting lately. He get upset so that hes does that sucking in breath for a really loud scream baby thing and he sucks in too long and it makes him pass out! I called my pediatrician and he said some babies/toddlers learn early on to do this for attention and will do it as long as it works, so I have to start ignoring the behavior and it will eventually stop! SCARY!! Anyone else ever had this problem? It's kind of spooky.

My daughter used to hold her breath a lot when she was crying & here's how to fix it so they don't pass out - blow in his face, just gently but when they feel it, they will breath :)
I was a little worried when my daughter started doing it & my Mum just suggested i softly blow on her face & when it did it she sucked in a little more air & was breathing normally right away.
Just try the air thing i mentioned & see if it helps!
Good Luck :)
