Restless Legs

So lately my legs have been going crazy at night when I try to settle down for sleep them seem to be crawling (my skin) or just I need to kick them out or something and I do, but it never seems to help much until I just ignor it...

Does anyone know any good rescue groups for german shepards? I am looking to adopt and I would like to go to a pound or rescue group if possible, but they are BIG dogs and I dont want a terror, and rescue groups are usually best...

haleybum i am not racist and I have friends of MANY backgrouds and i think its beyond ridiculous that the persian people have reacted the way they have, i mean come on, people did bad things, some were white some werent, i think anyone that sees a movie and is offended...
