First of all I would be very nervous. I would try and speak to him to see if he could communicate in english. If that didn't work I would have to find another way to communicate with him to see what he wanted from me and earth. I would then invite him in my house and call the authorites to let them know I have a little green man sitting at my table and please notify the proper authorities. I am sure they would think I am off my rocker but evenuatly I would help the alien get to the person he wants to communicate with in the long run.

HAHAHAHA! This is a good discussion. I for one am one of those that believe in life on other planets or other worlds/galaxies. I even believe that in 1972 at 19 years old I saw a so called UFO in Ohio. Anyhow that's off track of the discussion. If a UFO landed in my front yard I'd scream if his ship ruined my hard worked on flower beds. I would try to act and be as friendly as the situation warrants at that time. I would try to communicate with words. If that wasn't possible then I'd try universal sign language. I would also more than likely reach out my hand in a friendly gesture as an ambassador to the USA. (hahaha) If the talking/signing went well I'd try to learn where this UFO came from and why he choose earth or my are to land at. I'd want to know as much as possible about this aliens life/world also. Thanks and I'm looking forward to others answers here.

Give them lots and lots of sympathy and tell them that landing on Earth will infect them with greed, hatred and disease and if they are smart aliens they'll get back into their spaceship and get the hell out of this universe and NEVER come back before they become infected with humanity! Oh and I would ask if they could take me with them LOL! (Next time I respond I'll be on a different world ;0)

I am going to tell him he must have made a wrong turn at Jupiter. The planet he is looking for is 200 light years in that direction(I would be pointing up)...lol. Then I would at least ask him/her in for dinner and maybe watch a movie together. I wouldn't tell the government or authorities because they would probably want to disect him or some goofy thing.

As long as it seemed friendly, I would just stand there very still so as to not look threatening. I would smile, although that would probably not help in any way since they are aliens. I would hope that the alien could ignore the puddle that might be collecting around my feet!! Ha!

I would ask if they were a demon and ask why they were pretending to be nice to me.
