I had experienced depression years before. And you bet, it surely sucks. It seemed life was so harsh on me, and I could never get things right. I spent sleepless nights and suffered. Good thing I've finally gotten over it now. I don't want to experience it again.

I am kind of going through that now, actually a few months ago I could say it was worse, now I'm trying to involve myself in something, whether it's reading a bit or trying to make money, because I hate where I am right now and I can't wait to get out of this rut.

How about trying to set some goals everyday for things that you need to do . Start incorporating more activity into your life. I work to music. It helps. Make plans that make you happy, things that are good for you and your environment. Sometimes getting involved with something that helps others does alot of good. Staying busy with positive things. Those are things that can help.

This also often happens to me usually a week before I have my monthly period. =)Some explains it as a mere hormonal imbalances and that is why I experience such. Maybee you should sort out what causes this sudden sadness or the main source of your depression. Before, it really bothers me and yeah, really it sucks when for no reasdon at all, you'll just feel like crying. But when I found out that the premenstrual syndrome and depression happens to other people, I have learned to deal with it. So my advice for you is to study the symptoms. Know what happens before or after your depression. Sooner or later, you will learn to deal with it, too. Have a happy day!!!

Did anything change in your life when this started? Do you have trouble sleeping, or sleeping to much? Do you eat enough or eat to much? If you add any of these to how you are feeling now, you need to see someone and get some medicine. Yes, it sucks, but it can and will get better.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

I have been dealing with it for years, and am being treated for depression. What you are describing might be depression since some of the symptoms are present, so you might want to check with your doctor. (I'm not saying that it is depression, only that some of the symptoms are there) Anyway, it won't hurt to check with your doctor. Only he/she can tell you for sure.
