Why does an individual suddenly become a "lunatic" and commit acts of violence? Why does one nation suddenly become the aggressor of another nation? Can we be tolerant in every situation that we encounter?

I don't know, and really, I don't think it is sudden at all. I think the individuals suffer from an imbalance for quite awhile before they 'explode' I am sure these people are very good at hiding what is going on in their minds from family and friends. Very sad, very tragic.
Nations against nations?? I think that is always power over others in some form or other. Again it is tragic for all of the people involved.

There are extreme situations in everybody`s life. And this is not just mood, sometimes it`s trauma. And it needs more attention, even therapy. But you are somewhat right.Sometimes the dranken people can do things what they will sorry a lot about when they are no more dranken. Just an example.

Yeah I see what you mean I suppose our mood does affect others when I see people when I am out and about and they snarl at you or look at you with a really evil look it makes you cross or angry and you start to believe everyone is like that so you look at them in the same way yet when someone smiles at you it makes you smile too.
Smiling is infectious
You catch it like the flu
When someone smiled at me today
I started smiling too
I walked around the corner
And someone saw me grin
When he smiled I realised
I had passed it on to him
I thought about the smile
And then realised its worth
A single smile like mine
Could travel round the earth
So if you feel a smile begin
Don't leave it undetected
Start an epidemic
And get the world infected.
