Both are the leaders of the industry. Both have trendy handsets. Both are MNCs. Both has leading edge technology. Both have best after sales services.
In this context, which is best?
I personally feel that it is Sony because it is more trendy thannokia.

I've always been a Nokia user from the day I got my first phone until about a year ago. (I lost two phones in two consecutive years so I kind of thought maybe I'm cursed with Nokia but I lost a Motorola too so I guess it wasn't because of the brand. I'm just a klutz.) When it comes to being trendy, I think the two brands are equal at that. Nokia's N Series is really good, as well as SOny's Walkman phone. When it comes to longevity, I think Sony wins because a model doesn't get old that easy unlike Nokia. Nokia keeps on gushing out new models every month so the model that you buy this month will be old school even before you get used to using it. But Nokia is the most user-friendly of all. So easy to use.
