Abs exercise do not burn those stomach fats

Its been crushing to know that doing sit ups won't burn those fats away..it just strengthens the abdominal muscles. Before, many advertisements talked and promotes their product on their ab crunching machine will melt all the fats...

dashing201 Hey I don't think so.Doing these exercises definitely result in loss of fats.If you have read an article saying that then dont worry you can also find articles saying other side.
