hard to control

its really hard to control cravings. but if you put in mind that eating is not always about satisfying your urge, and its to give energy to your body and become healthy, then perhaps you will be on your way to a healthy fit lifestyle. no offense, but i think that you really have to discipline yourself. if you don't you know what will happen to you, your body, your confidence, especially your health. anyway, there are also many healthy options for foods that you crave. instead of eating fried foods, eat baked or steamed for vegetables and fish. instead of brownies or cake for dessert, try fruits instead. its hard but it will be all worth it if you try not to indulge yourself from eating foods that are not good for your body all the time. it's all about getting used to it.

Well you have a really good point here. dont be guilty of eating go foods because it makes you stronger but be sure youre eating healthy.

I feel that doing regular exercise helps.You definitely have to keep a check on diet but without exercise it wont work
