I always feel dancing when I hear a reggae music. ^__^;; I always feel like moving my body to the beat and feel the rythym. and it is somehow relaxing because of its soft beat. ^__^

I'm not a lover of reggaee, after a couple of tunes I have had enough and want something more lively, although I am a fan of Steel Pulse. I love any music that is powerful and has a great beat that I can sing along and dance too ranging from rock to disco, depending on my mood. One sort of music that drives me mad is rave and drum and bass which my son inflicts on me most days. It drives me crazy, that constant rapid beat, not my cup of tea. Being a 70's/80's child I love to go back in time and dance to all the old hits, ah what memories:0)

I usually don't dance a lot... I just like the feeling while I hear to any kind of music, and reggae is one of my favourite... but you're right, reggae, as funk and any other that has a strong beat (mambo, etc) calls you to dance!

I think of going to the Caribbean, sitting on the beach, enjoying the waves splashing in, drinking rum and coca cola. No, that's listening to old 1940s Band music. But it also applies to reggae music. I sort of like it, it is way much better than rap and the beat is rather unusual. I am more into classical and romantic music though as I am a bit of a romantic.

honestly, i dont like reggae at all, the mood that i get whenver i get to hear reggae is that i immediately switch radio stations. the music that makes me get up and dance is upbeat R&B music. sometimes rock music, especially when im exercising.

Oh I love reggae music! It does make me feel like dancing. I found a station on our satellite called Gumbo today. It has a mix of ragtime and swing. That perked up my mood and made me feel like dancing as well. I pretty much like all danceable music. I'm not a fan of hip-hop or country, but if it has a good beat, I'll be dancing!

I love reggae. When I hear it, it relaxes me and energized me at the same time. I don't dance often, but reggae is fun to dance to.

What I love about reggae music is everything of xcourse but no being serious it's the message it spreads around one of love and unity. That is why it is enjoyed by so many people. Whatever tune you may be listening to has always got a message to give. Denise

Yes, how can you not? When i hear the reggae beat i haffa move. Even if i old joints ache i soon forget for awhile. I love the roots rock reggae. The reggae that is spiritual. As well as the rest. Even rap which i dont like much, with the reggae beat is much better in reggae rap. Hard to say which is my favorite, there are so many favorites. If i absolutely had to choose 2 that are alive i'd haffa say Bunny Wailer and Luciano.
