theprogamer Oh then yes, it could be the program itself and yes they do go for ads (or worse pop-up ads, locks, time limits) as "encouragement" for people to shell out money for the Pro/Full version.

theprogamer Remember it all depends on the artist and whoever is writing the story. You can end up with plenty of subtle differences when it comes to how the characters are presented.
