I have been here for one month now and I started thinking what are most of the people talking here in mylot. Are they most young people? Are there any ole people here? Are there any high-educated people here talking with us?

Thank you all for your responses. I am glad to have people like you here. I'm an old person too. I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one talking with all young people around me.

Thank you for sharing your information with us. I'm a language teacher too but work at school. Have you had a lot of friends here and what are the discussions you are interested in talking here?

I'm very glad to have so some people in my age here on mylot. I found the absolute majority of the mylotters are very young people. Though it's good to talk with young people from whom I get the feeling of being young and energetic as they are, but I feel ever more pleased to have my peers here too.

I guess I could be considered old at age 49. And I was an Adjunct Professor of Education before I became disabled from arthritis.
I figure that most professors are so busy having office hours and classes that coming to MyLot is the last thing they'd think of doing.
But since I'm crippled up, I'm here; highly educated and all.
