I have heard so much that water helps you lose weight and it can also give you clearer, more healthy skin. I will admit that I do not drink as much water as I should, but if it turns out these things are true I def. will have to start trying to drink more of it!

Yes, to some extent drinking water has a lot of benefits like having clearer skin, although I'm not entirely sure whether it helps you to lose weight. I know that sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst. By drinking plenty of water it helps to flush toxins out of your body and keep your brain hydrated. A lot of people who suffer from headaches usually do not drink enough water.
