podqueen I used to drink a lot of juices but found out that carton juices contain quite a lot of sugar. Now I make a habit of drinking water everyday, between 1-2 litres per day.

podqueen I have a double bed too. The mattress is quite firm so it's very comfortable to sleep on. If my bedroom was bigger I would buy a king size bed like the ones they have in luxury hotels!
