icegermany yes, cakes, pastries, biscuits and most of the baked items consist of butter and accumulate to much of fat in body and hence possibilities of getting fatter, better to avoid and good luck to lose weight.

icegermany i think you are right a low carbohydrate diet is very important but it is going to be difficult for me as we are used to eating tasty dishes, non-veg and all so cutting down that is difficult.
