when we had taken our new laptop just in few days we could find some problems like the processing was very slow, n so on we were like so tensed after investing so much on it

That's a shame. You must feel very frustrated after spending so much money. Have you tried going back to the shop and asking them about the speed of the computer? The speed could be due to the operating system if it's running Windows Vista as it's quite a large program. I hope it all works out for you.

i my dear friend we went for it to return first we could also exchange but for the other time also i was the same problem n we wanted to take our money back but unluckily it was not possible then again we have to send our laptop for servicing that too after a great struggle atlast we have to keep it nw using it. no other way
