do you clean your house everyday?

I do laundry, dishes, sweep the floor and pick up the clutter every day. I vacuum, dust, clean mirrors and windows on Saturdays.

My girlfriend picks th house up daily. She vaccuums in the morning while I am at work. When I get home she might ask me to do a few things for her to help get the house finished. Occasionally she will ask me to vaccuum after dinner. I can honestly say I only clean house when she asks me to.

I have always made my cleaning routine with certain days for certain things. All that I have stuck with is grocery day is Tuesdays and I clean out my fridge on Tuesdays before I put new groceries in. Mondays, I plan my grocery list by comparing coupons with sales. The rest got all forgotten. :-) I just try to do a little each day in housecleaning. I try to wipe down the bathroom before I come out each morning, I do that and make my bed every morning when I come out fo the bathroom. that is about all the routine I have the rest is get done when I get to you.

Some sort of quick cleaning(dusting\vacuuming) has to be done everyday or the house looks untidy. I don't keep any heavy work for weekend. I Do the laundry on Friday(after office)..because maximum cloths gets dirty by that time of the week. Otherwise,I do little cooking before going and after returning from office. Bits left over are done during the weekend.

I try to do it everyday but with 3 kids and a husband it can be difficult. I do sweep and mop everyday we have hardwood and tile floors throughout our entire house. Dusting every couple of days and laundry everyday. My bathrooms I wipe down a good cleaning every couple of days but wipe them down with clorox wipes everyday. It really depends on what you have time for and what works best for you. I also work about 25-30 hours a week from home but still can't have any background noise when I do so I have to just sit at my computer while I work.

Sounds fine to me. I clean a room each evening ( spending about 30 minutes) when i get home from work. I do the Living room on Thursday and the Kitchen on Friday, then i have my week end free and this keeps me from spending a whole day cleaning, Works for me ...

My servant cleans the house daily but i clean my room on sunday or on holidays only.

Every alternate day i clean floor and laundry, this two are my main work on alternate days , All other things i would do daily. And i devote all weekends to shopping things both personal and the grocery. And i would like to do my tidy my things as and when i get time.

Heck no I don't clean my house every day, I am probably the world's worst housekeeper!Probably because we are in a house right now that I hate and could care less about...it's the pits!Now when we move and get into something nicer, I'm sure my attitude will change, but for the time being I'm not applying myself very much & I don't even feel guility.:)

I would say I straighten things up, and so some light cleaning everyday. This can include, dishes, wiping down counters and other surfaces, and making sure the table is clear. For heavy things I tend to have a schedule, more like your grandmother did. I usually vaccum on Wednesdays...that is when my sister is out, because she hates the sound of the vaccum. I tend to do my laundry on Monday nights...it's a much less crowded time at the laundromat. Sundays are usually the most crowded. I'll admit there is some flexibility in this schedule since there are times when I have to work late and don't get to these things, but for the most part it works pretty well.

I do iteveryday.As there is lot of dusts coming into house.It has to be done everyday.

Well i have a really good habbit of cleaning my house! It really helps my mother! I hope she's happy with me about it...

No, it's not possible for me to clean the house everyday. I don't have a lot of free time to do some cleaning. Besides, I don't think it's necessary to do it everyday. Maybe I am lazy, I prefer to do it once every year:)

Hi,I feel you must do vaccum,sweeping evaryday,as it makes your home fresh & keeps you happy.You try to keep the things on their places after using them.This will reduce your work.Give some time for cleaning everyday...thanx

i will not clean the house everyday because of my job work so i prefer saturday for laundry and sunday for cleaning house.I prefer this routine as it suit with my job.

More or less the part of the house that gets clean everybody is the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. I have to vacuum everybody and makes sure the bathroom is clean at all time. The kitchen I make sure is spotless. I have a toddler and into potty training...so the bathroom is a must. I don't know where her little hands might touch. I cook on weekdays so I make sure that the sink, etc is clean to make sure no food contamination that will happen. The rest of the rooms, I do it twice a week...usually middle of the week and then either Sat or Sun.

I seldom clean my house. I'm a lazy person. I only clean when it has already collected a few layers of dust. However, my mom sweeps the floor and does laundry everyday. She also mops the floor after cooking coz the floor gets oily easily.

Yes, I clean my house everyday. But when I have a job in real life, I can't clean it everyday, I only want to have a sleep. It is a hard time. Frankly, I'm a lazy girl. But my bf and I both like tidy house. So we often clean the house wholely in the weekends. It is a big job, uut when I see the tidy house, we are in good mood. If you don't clean it everyday, you will find it is harder to clean. Do something a little everyday, then you are surprise what you didi. I joined the site two weeks ago, I can't believe that I have 9 stars and over 250 dicussions.

I clean my house saturdays in afternoon, after going to the gym :D
