Sherry12 I was always very careful when my kids had a fever. I don't think I'd let them go swimming. Usually a fever is a sign that something is wrong and the body is trying to heal itself. Don't let a fever go very long without checking with a doctor.

Sherry12 Fevers are scary, young children can get high ones. I'd take her to the doctor as soon as you can to get the fever down and see what is wrong.

In your house, do you have central air? Window unit? swamp cooler? What is your preference, why or why not? I have a swamp cooler but much prefer central air.

Sherry12 I have central air. I'm so used to it that I don't think I could do without. I'm really not sure if it is good that we are getting so used to the air conditioner that we feel we have to have it. I do love being able to stay cool though.

Sherry12 I love to see a rainbow. It has been awhile since I have seen one. We had a rainy day last week, where it was raining and the sun was shining at the same time. I thought for sure there would be a rainbow, but I never did see it. Rainbows are beautiful!
