Did you plant a vegetable garden this year?

We planted tomatoes which are doing very good. We, also, planted onions and carrots and they aren't doing good at all. What vegetables do you grow and how did they do this year?

I am going to attempt a window sill garden. There's not a lot of room in the house, but this is something that I really want to do. I am going to grow carrots, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. I think these should be easy to sprout and grow. I am looking forward to eating some fresh vegetables.

For the past few years, I have planted a vegetable garden and a flower bed. this year i didn't do either one. I don't know where the time went that I didn't do this. I have a lot of problems with animals coming out of the woods and eating what I plant. I enjoy planting a garden but sometimes I just don't know if it;'s worth it when the animals are the ones enjoying your efforts instead of you.

we live in a condo and dont have a lot of room. we did, however, plant some tomatoes which are almost ready and my 13 year old planted a couple of sunflower seeds which grew into beautiful sunflowers.

We had tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, beans, watermelons, banana peppers, lettuce and bell peppers. We got some to eat but the heat got the rest of it lately. It was just so hot and the rains didn't come.
