As many of you are aware, e-gold was indicted by the US Department of Justice, www.usdoj.gov/criminal/pr/press_releases/2007/04/CRM_07-301_042707_egold_indict.pdf. While e-gold has denied these criminal charges, www.e-gold.com/letter3.html, due to the nature of the allegations we are unwilling to require the use of e-gold until their legal problems have been resolved. If myLot is able to send payments through e-gold, we will release May payments to those users who understand the risk and request payment via e-gold. This payment will be for accumulated earnings as of April 30th. If you choose to receive funds thru e-gold you do so at your own risk and agree to hold myLot harmless if you should be unable to withdraw your funds. In order to confirm your acceptance of this risk you must login to your myLot account and update your payment information with an e-gold account number as we have deleted all e-gold account numbers from our system to protect our users. Periodically thereafter during the month of May, we will release payments due as of April 30th to those users who have updated their payment information with an e-gold account number. We are deviating from our normal practice of paying once per month based on the fact that the circumstances surrounding e-gold are quickly changing. It is our understanding that some e-gold exchange providers either have resumed business or will be resuming business shortly. Please check with your preferred provider to see if they are exchanging e-gold at this time. For those of you who choose not to receive your earnings through e-gold, we will hold your earnings until another payment option is available or until e-gold is cleared of these charges. We are working diligently to come up with a good solution and will communicate this solution to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience. myLot
