cutie42 i'm a filipina and rice is always on our table lunchtime and dinnertime. it gives us energy for the whole day. but too much rice can cause you to be obese and harmful if you're a diabetic because of carbo and glucose. it should be eaten moderately.

cutie42 we already had our trip to baguio and subic and alot of places. i think it's best if you travel midnight or early dawn to avoid traffic in cities and to save money on your fuel consumption.
