Hi I need your advise about here.I dunno whatto do right now. Lately, I have been bothering of what will I choose..
If I am going to resign or not. I am working in a multinational company and have a good paying job. Just recently, my husband asking me to handle our own family business which is a travel agency and a lot of manpower is required since the business venture is now in an expanding mode. Right now, we will be opening a new branch ( i mean,we have 2 branch already) and yet, the income is at risk. I dunno what to do, if i stay at my work or to help to our business.
Actually, I am enjoying at my work as well and with the business but at least at employment, there is a fixed high paying income but yet, I am still thinking about our won family business..Please help me to decide, the soonest the best.

it's a tough decision..but for me, my priority is my family, so you will go to your family business to help your husband..sometimes we need to sacrifice one thing in our life for our family..yes, your enjoying with your work but it's not forever, you need to go with your family business because it's for your family..or maybe you can hire me..hehehe

i think first, you must ask yourself if you are interested or really like working in a travel agency? If the answer is yes, then maybe you should risk your current job and focus yourself on the family business. The company may not be earning much now, but with your help, you will still earn big in the long run and have a stable income. But, if the answer to the first question is no, then you should not leave your current job but im not saying that you should also avoid your responsibility toward your family business. You can also spend some time knowing more about the travel agency and find out what seems to be the trouble as to why it's not doing well financially.Maybe you can take a leave from work and spend time or if you can manage to divide your time without affecting your work performance, then you can still help out without sacrificing your job. Personally, i would think that if you are not interested with the travel agency, even if you quit your job, you still wouldnt be able to help much.

Well I can understand the prediament you are under but I think that if you have enough money at this time, then it would be best to work on your own family business to make it work and bring in a proper income into your lives. I know that this is what I would be doing but in the end it is your final decision.
