crazy abt it...ders also a scientific part 4 it....wenever u r in tension ,if u r able 2 get a good 3 hr sleep it reduces ur BP & helps in findin a proper solution 4 it within a short period of time..

yeah i love sleeping..but sleeping doesnt really love me..coz i really cant sleep well..specially at night..i have an insomnia and i cant rid of it..i feel dizzy in the morning coz im schooling..and that case was really my problem..
