What your reasons to give your discussion response as the best response?

I don't think there are any well defined rules for choosing the best response.It all depends on one's personal thinking and liking.Different persons may choose diffrent best response from same responses.We should go through all the responses.Then we should see that the reply should be as per the discussion and how well the responder has given his/her opinion.I don't have criteria of minimum number of posts as I choose best response for all my discussions though I may wait for choosing for one with less responses to have some more responses. Though sometimes it is difficult to judge the best response as many responses are good to be judged as the best response, in this case choose any one of them.

Actually it is a bit easy than it sounds.You have to think of few things before giving a best response. Following are the criteria: 1)The response should be related to topic. 2)We are asking most probably question.So the one who give us the best answer or the one who has cleared all the doubts you have should be selected as a candidate to best response. 3)If two or more people is giving you good answers,then chose the one which came first. i will always consider that response which has answered my topic, those that are haywire will not be considered in the process of the choosing. then the one that appeals to me most, will be marked best response. there are times when i find some difficulty is choosing the right one, because there are a lot of good responses that come. in this case, i am forced to decide on picking only one, and whichever that will be, will be.

i only give the best response when...i was satisfied with his/her answers....cause their are many responses from other peoples ... nonsense answers that doesn't even has any relation with my questions....

I pick the ones that helped me the most. I also like the ones that some thought was put into, where they give me a reason for the advice they are giving.
