In my opinion, ReiKi helps you to achieve good health in general. You cannot perform miracles with ReiKi, like curing a major disease in a moment. It takes a while.

I got attuned to reiki healing energy 2 years ago and I have been practicing ever since. I usually do distance healing on friends and family and most of them do experience positive benefits, but some doesn't feel a difference but just because they don't feel anything from the distance healing doesn't mean that the reiki isn't working, it could mean it is working on a different level of the body or a situation that the recipient isn't aware of yet. Reiki works on all levels of the body- physically, mentally, emotionally and beyond and it helps resolve and heal their situations they're going through. I also do prayer in addition to the distance healing and I can say that prayer is also a powerful healing method, that you don't need to be attuned to. There was a study being done for a group of patients who had health issues and they didn't know what was going to be done to them they just volunteered. Well the patients who were prayed to over a period of time, their health issues seemed to improve, whereas the patients who weren't prayed to, there seemed to be no improvement on their health issues.

I have healed many of my friends through words, a affectionate words can heal any thing, so many of the people in our world want just this, the soft, affectionate words, the people who suffers pain can be healed through the word that "i am here with you so don't worry" words like this can easily make them feel good......

Hi, Reiki is just like the relationship between mother and newborn child. Its really working because of its true nature. We cant explain this because it is the truth. lies are the only thing to explain or define. Reiki is the loveforce of God and if you become a empty vessel, It fills you and then you are able to pour tJust confeshe 'love power' to people in need. In my experience, God healed many people through my soul and body. I can feel it. I can taste it. But in scientific way , I cant prove this!!! Thats all my friend!
