Donating blood is a very noble act which I think every individual should do. I think it would be very encouraging to get paid for the blood you donate ... What is your opinion ? Are you aware of blood banks which pay ??

last six months ago i refrain from drinking cold water for i had bad cough but up until now i got used with warm water that i don't drink cold water any longer. when you have your water do you like it cold or warm?

viduviduvidu Yeah, its better not to drink cold water when u have cough or cold... Warm water is the best for health.. I prefer drinking cold water as I live in a cold place, and it takes a while for me to warm it up :)

viduviduvidu Don't remind me of that horribly painful experience.. Three of my wisdom teeth came out pretty easily. Only one was a little problematic. The pain was there for about a week. For the first two or three days, I couldn't even move my jaw ! I'm glad its out now...

viduviduvidu When I'm in a bad mood, I try going for a walk by myself. This helps me to calm my mind and feel better. Even a cup of hot coffee can help :)
