When I'm in a bad mood, I try going for a walk by myself. This helps me to calm my mind and feel better. Even a cup of hot coffee can help :)

hi laihui...i just dealt with that last night. someone made me very mad for yelling at me in anger and he was out of line. he carries stress from work and yells at people outside of work. so i get away from him and avoid him. then i do a bunch of stuff alone until i feel better. tv, music, "talk" to someone online about it. i was relieved and enjoyed the rest of the night. but was a little perturbed that it took me a while to get over it. when i did nothing wrong and he robbed me of some of my time. just because he's twisted. so now you hear about it. :D have a good day.
