You should lose much of the baby fat soon after the baby is born. Eating a healthy diet and small meals will help. Add crunches when you are able to. Here is a link to a page with different crunches to do:

I am not a female so I may be wrong, but if I heard my mother correctly a couple of years back it just happens naturally.
