ishralene09 I don't know, I think they have a list on their site. But two that worked for me are BPI and Unionbank, although withdrawing with Unionbank is better because I get the exact amount Paypal is sending. I think BPI has some hidden charges and stuff.

ishralene09 It takes about from 2 weeks to forever, I mean other people just don't get the active status. If you are an active user it will eventually activate. Mine took 2 weeks.
