I sleep around 2-3 hours afternoon on my holidays.
Do you take a nap? How long is a nap for you?

When I was in my freshmen to junior years, I always take a nap after class. I usually take a nap for about 3 to 4 hours back then. Then I just stopped because I worked as an intern on my fourth year. But whenever I have nothing to do, I just take a nap.

I don't take naps as much as I would like to...
But usually, i do take a 2 hour nap in the afternoon just to recharge for the busy day..

Depend on what will I do n the night, when I must do something in the mid of the night (like studying for tomorrow's test or just watching my favorite soccer team's match) I will take a nap in the afternoon longer, about 3-4 hour. But normally, I take a nap in the afternoon for 1-2 hours.
